How it works
Commission agreement
We sign an agreement: you stay the owner of the goods, we act as your commission agent in Russia.
Ship in Korea
You send the goods to our warehouse in Korea. From there it’s our responsibility.
Documents & customs
We handle certification, Chestny Znak and customs, and bring the goods into Russia.
Selling on WB & Ozon
We list and sell on our account under our own name. Cards, prices and stock are managed on the platform.
Settlement & payout
We deduct the commission and actual costs and remit the rest to you in Korea. All sales and payouts are visible in the cabinet.
Proceeds arrive in Korea
Direct transfers from Russia to Korea are difficult — we solve this once for the whole platform. You don’t need to deal with banks or payment agents: you simply receive the proceeds in Korea.

How do I receive money from Russia?
We have set up a channel to move proceeds from Russia to Korea via third-country banks and payment agents. You don’t need to solve this yourself — the proceeds arrive in Korea.
Do I need to register a company in Russia?
No. The seller on Wildberries and Ozon is our company, as a foreign seller. You need no Russian company, bank account or residency.
Who handles certification and Chestny Znak?
We do. We handle TR CU, SGR and exemption letters and register Chestny Znak marking as a foreign participant in circulation. It’s part of the service.
What happens to unsold goods?
Unsold goods stay yours. Storage and return terms are fixed in the agreement in advance.
